The VICI Mentorship Program pairs you with a Division 1 college athlete mentor to guide you through college football recruiting. These mentors, who have successfully navigated this complex process, provide relevant advice and strategies based on their personal experiences. We ensure the mentors understand the transition from high school to college athletics. With their support, you can tackle academics, understand recruitment, and cope with pressures of aiming for a college football career. This program is more than a guide; it's a personalized roadmap to college football by those who've made the journey.

1️⃣ Building Great Habits | Your Support & Accountability

One of the most important parts of becoming a great athlete is to have great habits. It’s easy to know what to do, it’s harder to do it. Our mentors help you set intentional goals that are designed to help you get where you want to go and will be your accountability partner, challenging you to follow through and execute on your plan.


2️⃣ Recruiting Guidance | Camps, Coaches, & Getting Noticed

Our mentors hold your hand through the recruiting process, including planning which camps to attend based on your skill level and desired colleges, how to effectively reach out to coaches and interpret their responses, and more! Our mentors will share strategies on how to get noticed and stand out among the many high school athletes vying for limited spots. This comprehensive approach to recruiting guidance aims to give you the edge in securing a spot at your desired college.


3️⃣ Skill Development | Mastering Drills & Technique

Our mentors provide drills tailored to your position and skill level, designed to help you improve your technique and overall performance. But it's not just about doing drills - it's about doing them correctly and effectively. That's where our mentors come in.

You'll have the opportunity to film yourself performing these drills and send the videos to your mentor. They will then review the footage and provide detailed feedback. They'll highlight what you're doing well and where you can improve, offering advice and guidance on how to execute the drills more effectively.


4️⃣ Mental Training | Football IQ Development

Our mentors work with you on developing your mental skills, which are just as vital as your physical abilities in football. This involves enhancing your understanding of football schemes and concepts, thereby improving your Football IQ. Our mentors will guide you through the strategic aspects of the game, including pre-snap and post-snap progressions, reading defenses and offenses, understanding formations and tactics, and other crucial elements. This mental training aims to make you a smarter player, allowing you to play fast and make the most of your athletic abilities.

How you get started


In this step, we'll conduct an initial evaluation to understand your current situation, goals, and potential challenges. This will help us tailor our mentorship to your specific needs.


Based on the results of the onboarding assessment, we'll pair you with a mentor who best matches your situation and objectives. They will be a Division 1 college athlete who has successfully navigated the process you're about to undertake.


You'll have regular weekly meetings with your mentor. During these sessions, they'll provide advice, answer questions, and help you develop effective strategies for achieving your goals.

4️⃣ 24/7 ACCESS

As part of the program, you'll have 24/7 access to your mentor. This means you can reach out to them anytime you need guidance or have questions, ensuring you always have support when you need it.

Strength, Speed, Mobility, and Safety

Work with our specialized trainer who focuses on not just enhancing your strength, speed, and explosiveness, but also proactively strengthening your joints and muscles to prevent injuries. This holistic approach to training incorporates mobility exercises designed to improve flexibility and range of motion, reducing the risk of injuries and promoting athletic longevity. With regular check-ins and a custom training program, our trainer ensures you are physically primed for competition while maintaining a strong focus on injury prevention and overall health.

The Other 22 Hours Of Your Day

By meeting with our Sports Performance Physician, you will receive a comprehensive evaluation of your health and recovery needs. The physician will then create a personalized plan that focuses on nutrition and recovery strategies tailored to your specific requirements. Regular check-ins will ensure that your plan stays effective and adjusts to your changing needs over time. This will help optimize your performance by addressing the other 22 hours of your day when you are not training, ensuring you're recovering effectively and maintaining optimal health.

Pro Sports Psychologist

Working with our Pro Sports Psychologist will teach you strategies to enhance your mental resilience, visualize success, and stay focused on your goals. With regular check-ins, our psychologist will be able to monitor your progress and adjust strategies as needed. This holistic approach to mental training ensures you are fully prepared for the psychological demands of competitive sports.
